It is doubtful that anything paranormal is going on in this photo. First of all there is nothing in the photo that supports it being taken in a cemetary, no gravestones, markers etc. Second, the whole photo is out of focus, not just the “ghost.” Third, her “old-fashioned” clothes consist of a sweater and skirt that is above the knee and her hair is down. Not very old-fashioned since you could see young women dressed in the same fashion walking around the streets of any city or town in America today.
